Lashes must be fresh and clean in order to receive eye lash extension. But if you are caught in busy life, our technicians will take care of you.
In order to determine whether you are a candidate or not, we ask you to come in for a free consultation. However, when you have one of the following conditions, you are not a candidate:
Active eye infections.
Active seasonal allergy.
Habit of running your eyes constantly.
If you are undergoing chemotherapy, have alopecia, Ezama or any other severe auto-
immune disorders.
Allergic to ingredients of lash glue, latex, or tape.
Must have healthy natural eyelashes. The results of your lash extension are determined by your
natural lashes, so you have large portions of your lashes missing. Then you will not be a candidate.
Avoid getting them wet for up to 48 hours after application.
Do not rub or touch your eyes.
Clean with eyelash foam cleanser every 3 days.
Brush through your eyelash tips in the morning.
Do not use oil based products around or on the eyes.
Do not sleep on your face.
Just like most beauty treatments, lash extensions are a commitment. Due to our hair cycle (4-6 weeks ) our hair sheds every day. Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. We require at least 40% of your extensions to be remaining at the time of your service to qualify for a touch up service.
Yes, you can. However, we do not recommend you wear mascara as it can affect the lifespan of your lash extension.
